I'm super frustrated, I've just spent 1.5 hours trying to beat my rivals time in fourza.

I'm doing the spec time attack in the C5-R at road America and can't beat my 2:06 since I keep fucking up a single corner.

Sorry I needed to rant.

This is why I try not to play Forza too much, or I just set it so I can cruise and have fun. Getting angry at a game isn't fun for me.

I did this so many times. I actually started out doing the kink absolutely perfectly, never let off the throttle. Then all of a sudden I nail everything and fuck up the kink... haha

Yep, I was trying to shave down my times on the Sebring short circuit and I must've done at least 100 laps before I got one right. The result is worth it though:

nice time! That's pretty sweet, how many total players are there on that one?

I've noticed it takes quite a bit of effort to get to the rivals matches in fourza 4 that pay out 50k+. I'm thinking anything above 25k credit must have to be top 10%? I'm at 12% on Road America and still getting 25k credits.

Either way, that's a great time you got there, and pretty sweet that you can say you're top 300 in the world lol.

Thanks. There are only like 7k people competing on that track, so it's a small amount of bragging rights, but top 4% is still top 4%.

To be honest, I'm not really sure how the credits system works in 5. I just like to do it to see how I stack up. All I know, is when i left that hot lap session, it gave me like $100,000 total credits.

Very nice. Agreed 4% is 4%, impressive man. Now you just gotta keep that up as more come in to try it out!

I love when you grab lots of credits. I once took a long time to beat a rival (likely on my 2:06 run at road america), I think I got a couple 75k bonuses from Chevy with like 100k from t he race itself.

Yeah, I don't know how much more I have in me on that course. I'm 30, so I come from a time when racing video games required you to smash the button on the right to go, and smash the button on the left to stop. I'm just not precise enough for Xbox

I know how you feel, I'm a bit younger but never played racing games. I have so much trouble modulating the stick and triggers since I only ever played shooters regularly.

I don't know if I could even hit your time on that.
